You have to be careful using generic upgrade on branded device. I would rather check first of your operator has plans about releasing a WM6 upgrade soon. If not, perhaps you may find some upgrade on the net. If you need the one of S620 just let me know.
From HTC page
Warning!
* This is a generic software update. Any additional software or settings provided by your mobile operator or company will be lost. If you require this customization, please contact your supplier first before upgrading.
* Please note that this upgrade will erase any data stored on the device.

I have the HTC P4350 with Windows Mobile 5 installed. I signed onto HTC e-Club to download the Windows Mobile 6 upgrade, but the page does not list any models from which I can choose my model!

Once logged on, did you registered your phone serial number on their site ?
http://member.htc.com/member/ProductRegistration.aspx
as WM6 upgrade package is only shown for your registered model

Hi Cedric,
Yes, I did register my phone’s serial number, but I still do not see a listing of models on the site.

You should be able to find what you need, once you have registered your phone on HTC HTC e-Club.

Good news, HTC offers since few days the possibility to download all software updates without having to register to the HTC e-club.
It means that P4350 firmware is now available through HTC Support Pages.
P4350 support page is here
